Decided to apply for the E-gates few days ago. No approval email yet.

next login says 'invalid username or password"
This keeps on repeating
(tried firefox and chrome)
Then tried to reset password. It goes through similar cycle of "wrong captcha" and "enter phone number" (when there is no place to enter the number).
What a mess.
I applied last week but still no response from the system on the status. Wonder if I can use it before i could fly out
