When I saw the thread title, I assumed this is one of the errors we occasionally see with points redemptions (e.g., suites bookable at the regular points rate). That does NOT seem to be the case here. These hotels offer higher room categories at a higher price point. For a random date in March at IC Nha Trang, I see base rooms for 22.5k points, ocean view for 26k points, junior suites for 42.5k, all the way up to the presidential suite at 292k. Same date at IC Kaohsiung, base room 61k, junior suite harbor view 103k.
