The tourist buses don't look like they make stops along the way to Alishan, and at any rate there are some motion sickness concerns with my wife.
The regular county bus picks up/drops off right in front of the hotel. That is what we took. It comes up on google maps. Note that it is once an hour or every 2 hours, so be sure to time it right.
Personally, I wouldn't want to drive in Alishan with all the twists and turns. The hotel does have an underground car park though. There is lots of parking at Alishan National Forest if that is what you are asking.
The hotel also has a shuttle that goes from the hotel to/from Fenqui and Alishan Visitors Center.
