Indeed... I was recently at the HNL Plumeria Lounge (Priority Pass) and they had Beer, Wine, and 2-3 hot food options but it was very basic.
And as a newly minted Hawaiian Platinum, really think this merger could become a Harvard Business Review case study for how not to manage customers.
