I thought Wifi is free for HON on all flights. In a rare occasion I flew Lufthansa longhaul a few days ago (A350 without F). The purser told me she cannot give me a voucher since she does not have any. Apparently those are only available on flights with F. Is that just a service glitch or do I (or LH) misunderstand the free wifi option? How about on OS? On LX I always get a voucher, even when sitting in J. But on the other hand, LX always has a F.

On short- and medium-haul the online portal allows me to login in, then the free wifi works. However the longhauls don't have that option.
