From what I've noticed, United express flights are being catered with fresh cold meals on flights leaving hubs/catering stations, with those doing turns to non catering stations recieving cheese plates on the return sector.

I'm basing this off of the IAH-MSP, which gets a cold meal on the IAH-MSP and the cheese tray on the MSP-IAH.
