I got the double whammy today. My Premium Economy booking to LAX on the 789 moved to the worse A351 PE cabin. Meanwhile my return in Upper swapped out of the A351 to the much weaker 789 UC seat. At least any more swaps and things will be better.
With such hugely different versions of the UC and Premium hard products by aircraft type you'd have thought they'd be a little less trigger happy with swaps; yet here we are once again.
