I’ve often had that same thought as the LL wording is “You may not be eligible …. You also may not be eligible ...” with “may” being the operative word (for this discussion) in its “expressing possibility” definition. LL is not “you will not” or “you cannot”, LL as currently worded is (deliberately) not absolute.

Thanks again. Certainly hope you get the SUB as you deserve it for possibly TOFFT. Please do let us know if they renege and do not credit the SUB. I may try something similar for a Biz Gold in a few months as I closed my last of 5 NLL Biz Golds 8 months ago and I now seem to be in the NLL wasteland.
