Some years ago I made a booking for my mother. Unfortunately it ended up with a PNR that looked like a word that you REALLY would NOT want your mother to see. Without spelling it out, fortunately it was a version of the word that was recent and scarcely known to the older generations, so she did not notice. Phew!
