Apologies for starting a new thread since I couldn't find this in FAQs and Google surprisingly failed me. UA-based *A Gold here. I tend to fly Indigo within India on international connections but I've got some purely domestic trips in India coming up in May-June where I need considerable checked baggage allowance.

It appears Air India allows 35 kg (15 + 20) in checked bags for domestic flights to *A Gold members on Economy Value tickets. Does the 35 kg also apply to my companion (no *A status) on the same PNR or do they just get the base 15 kg? Is it limited to +1 companion or more?
