Issue is the paid passenger must match the name on unused eticket. If it does not let you select, then the paid passenger is not you. The paid passenger is the other person. Call in is the easiest way to ensure you are made the paid passenger. perhaps this needs to be done on the phone. Nothing to do with the name - the minute I click the companion certificate, the unused ticket is not clickable anymore
