We were there in mid-October and emailed the day prior to our arrival that the club lounge would be closed "due to essential maintenance work" for the two days of our stay.
After arriving and talking a couple of staff they said there were no renovations however not enough staff to run it. They do not offer club rooms for sale, only provided for RA & club lounge annual invitation passes. We were told that we were the only guests staying in that category during our stay.

After discussions with duty manager were were offered free meal and drinks in Le Dôme for one night.
