Hi All - here are some digiyatra experiences from the past few days:

1. BOM T2 - It used to be easy to use Digiyatra to enter the terminal in the past.

However, this week -- one person first stops you before entering the digiyatra line - asks for the Digi App and the boarding pass; then took photo of the Boarding pass!!
Then you reach the camera; then another person asks "do you have digiyatra; Can i see your app?"
UGGHHHHH
The whole point was to walk straight through. If two people are going to check everything, might as well use the regular line.
My wife used the normal line and got in almost in equal time.

Needless to say - lots of people trying to use Digiyatra line though they had no clue what it meant. (which could explain why they are checking everyone again and again in that line).

2. VNS - I went through the normal entry line in to the terminal (did not use Digiyatra to enter the termina).
At security check - there was a digiyatra line which was definitely quicker.
However I could not get cleared in to (even though I had the Digiyatra app boarding pass)

The reason this did not work was "you did not use Digiyatra to enter the terminal"

Another reason given at VNS - If you are "connecting" at VNS, then Digiyatra security will not work either.
