And this is besides for the fact that I have personal knowledge of a couple of people that have had the same experience but I obviously can't post a link to that DP . I'm not saying that I'm going to try to apply now in under 90 days as I'm not a risk taker in that sense and like to see automatic approvals; I'm just saying that although it's rare, it is possible and has happened.
