I have always preferred SQ - even since the opening in 2014 - - but I do like Asian food. They are all quite similar but UA has the best bar and sometimes has the best food. They are all quite good and I walk out to them every time I have LX. When I come inbound to LHR into T2B I always clear the security in that small room direct to T2B and then walk back to T2A for the LX flight. I have measured the time a lot. It is about 7-9 mins out to the lounges (with moving sidewalks) and a good 12 minutes back. It is for sure not 15 out via the walkways - - also - the secret is to take the elevators on both sides as it is a long slow escalator down and up at both ends.
