Received 140,000 Avios (Dec 2024) for my LHR-BOS return in First.
  • Seat on the LHR-BOS leg (lighting did not work and charging did not work)
  • Seat on the BOS-LHR leg (no recline / lighting/buttons did not work, seat seemed completely 'dead', even after a reset)
Fairly unlucky to have seat issues on both flights, but the cabin crew were lovely and apologetic.
