What a nightmare. Business lowest cash ticket for tomorrow, transborder. App not offering SDC. Called Concierge number, claims they can't do it until midnight. Asked for supervisor, was told supervisor said have to wait until midnight. Agent claiming in November all concierges were told not to process any SDC prior to midnight. If true, sounds ridiculous. (EDIT: I checked in anyway and noticed it's likely SSSS, since it says boarding pass available for pick up at the airport. I wonder if there's a connection between SSSS and not being able to use the app for SDC?)
