Are you sure real people read them?

I was flying to Bristol about 3 months ago. BA cancelled the flight to Bristol and flew us to Birmigham and put us on a bus to Bristol. The usual carry on - no bus turned up for 2 hours, driver did not know where he was going, etc - the best bit - I only got miles for Birmingham no Bristol - it was about 100 less - incredible - I asked for the extra 100 miles - total automated reply "we apologise - but we got you to your destination" - total ignored the point of the e-mail - asking for the extra 100 miles - I had the word diverted in it - and I think they must have scanned for that.
