I wouldn't try that short of a connection at ICN. I don't remember what the MCT is at ICN but assuming you'll be I/I ,it's way to short. Transit Security depending, on the day/time can be an adventure. If your flights are at different ends of the concourse it's a fairly long walk which I usually plan for at least 25-30 minutes just for the walk, not counting Security. Depending on your status/cabin they might have somebody to meet you and escort you through, but I wouldn't count on it.
I won't book a connection less than 1.5-2 hours through ICN for that reason.
