I didn’t think the single window at 7A was that bad as far as leaning forward. See photo below taken with an iPhone 2x optical zoom to get an idea of how much obstruction there is.

And since you are facing backwards, while 11A has more windows, you are still looking back and even closer to the engine/wings which would obscure even more of the view.

Last but not least don’t forget you have the incredible external cameras which offer great views no matter which seat you are sitting in. The only drawback are the announcements (which can be long and at the most in opportune times) that would block the images for the duration.
