I just got off of AC880 from YYZ to ZRH, seated in J. There was a lap child that cried and/or screamed from the end of the meal service until we arrived at the gate. I am a parent myself and understand this is not the child’s fault. However, being unable to sleep on an overnight J flight is really frustrating, considering the cost of the flight. Is this worth writing in to AC to complain? It was their decision to sell a ticket to a lap child that resulted in my lack of sleep after all.
