You can always do some jumping jacks or something while waiting on the jet bridge. Seems like being the last person to board accomplishes what you're trying to do without tying it to some arbitrary number of minutes before scheduled departure. Timing is fluid in a dynamic system, flexibility helps everyone out (so maybe toe touches instead of jumping jacks!)
