premium economy catering

If the following webpage is to believed, a flight like GRU-SCL (or GRU-BOG) should receive a full hot meal in Premium Economy.

https://www.latamairlines.com/us/en/...remium-economy
(I checked the Brazil version of site too and explanation is similar)

However, on two recent meal time flights we got the standard domestic premium economy sandwich (with the luxurious addition of some sauce) and chips on a plate, dessert, and beer/wine/liquor options.

Is anyone else encountering this reduced level of service in relation to what they are advertising?

(On a positive note, I do consistently get the Latam-wich on short 40 minute flights like CGH-SDU even though the site says they are only served on flights over two hours.)
