We were welcomed at breakfast with a glass of champagne. The breakfast selection is very good, with continental and "full Irish" buffet sections and made-to-order options. The Christmas lunch is the main event, so I took it pretty easy.





With three hours before lunch, I am going to visit the gym and go for a walk around the grounds.
