In my case they were very responsible. My flight was badly delayed inbound and missed all their connecting flights in the morning and noon to bkk. They put us on a TG flight to bkk. There was another guy who missed his CEB flight and they gave him HOTAC and send him on the next morning. It was easier for them to send him directly and he preferred it too.
