Still awaitring additional TPs for my BAH LGW-DOH-BKK codeshare on QR that completed on 27th November.
Core TPs and the BAH Avios all posted in a timely fashion so just need the BAH bonus TPs to post.
Raised on Chat at 14 Working Days after return where the agent said it would take up to a month because the back office team would have to validate the flights with QR.
Given that the TPs for each flight already posted at Day+3 this sounded like ill-informed guff or a 'brush-off' to me, so what is likely to be the best route to escalate this, BAEC Silver line, Missing Avios/TP claim form or the Complaint form?
