Indeed! I am yet another DP that when the GOH isn't pulled from the account beforehand, it likely will not work properly. My guest did receive GOH benefits however the award was never removed from their account and I did not receive my EQN. Luckily, they had another stay a few days later and were able to reuse the award (this time applied on their own through rebooking on the website) and everything worked perfectly, including them receiving their first comp suite upgrade ever. I got my EQN hours after their checkout. I was surprised how fast that happened!
