I had this, I raised missing TPs claim for Finnair two days ago. I login today, all disappeared.
I tried to raise again but got an error that I already have a missing claim logged for that flight.

I will probably create a new thread for this because I am sick and tired now of having virtually every tips in the last 6 months not posting TP's. On every trip I did, I had at last one segment that did not post. These goes for AY, JL, QR etc flights, despite the Exec number clearly linked to the ticket and status and FF number showing on BP's. It is so bad, that over the last 6 months it is 100% failure rate where at least all (if not all legs) do not post. What is the point of FF program if on every trip now I have to chase TP's for weeks no end. Ridiculous. I had to pay for seats because I was denied status for weeks (months?) What a sh*tshow
