I prefer sitting as front as possible on the 77W (primarily to minimize engine noise) but I also enjoy window views (especially daytime departures out of HND in the winter). Therefore, I avoid 7A/K on The Room and would choose 9A/K over row 7. The windows in row 7 are aligned in such a way that it would require leaning forward a little to look out of them.
Though this is really all personal preference and it boils down to what matters to you. 6C/H aren't my favorite seats for all the reasons discussed in this thread, but I sat there once and it was perfectly fine.
