Have a Dell Inspiron 9100. Really really huge (screen, laptop, battery, charger-the whole set is big). Makes it painful to lug at least 12 lbs through an airport but the performance as a desktop replacement is worth it. Very fast, huge excellent resolution screen. One flaw-whenever it goes on standby mode it will never turn back on. Dell blames it on the ATI driver/graphics card, and I'm too lazy to go through red tape to find out what's really wrong, so I just shut down or have the monitor turn off.
