Only ever had one diversion in over 40 years, Air Moldova Embraer 120 from Vienna, had to divert to Bucharest as weather at Chisinău was below minimums. A 2 hour wait there before boarding an Air Moldova A320. Now that I’ve said that, I’ll get a diversion in 2024, won’t I?
No miserable flights for me this year, although LHR-IBZ in Y on BA wasn’t great.
I’ve heard IBZ bound flights can be quite the party (for better or worse)… Does LHR attract a slightly classier crowd than LGW, STN, or LTN? LOL
