Yes, I did. The contract has the $150 rate.

At the counter, Avis refused to honor the "reservation" which I pulled it on my phone app, still showing the $68 base rate. I had an option of either missing my flight, or agree to what feels to me like "bait and switch".

To clarify, I would obviously like to contest this instance. But even more importantly, I need to understand how to prevent this in future. I have 4 more reservations coming up in the next 3 months.
