I'm a President's Circle member (CapOne -> Hertz -> Status Match). From time to time, I rent one way from this small location near my home to JFK airport (1X or 2X per year).

Reservation was made in March 2024, with Base Rate of $68, and Estimated Total of $77. After returning the car, I was charged a Base Rate of $150, with a total of $166.67.

Any suggestions how to contest this? Or how I can prevent this in future?
