I doubt those severe LH wardens would not let George Bush into the new F lounge unless his BP said "LUFTHANSA FIRST" so you have considerably less than zero chance. IMHO.

I responded to your first post which was in the world's tiniest font, but do recall my squinting eyes saw it asked about a FIRST class LH award ticket to CPT, which is why I mentioned the new lounge.
