Friends BHD closed yesterday, following an unfortunate landing by a EI (Emerald Airlines) positioning flight in high winds. No one injured. The runway closed and all other flights diverted to BFS and DUB. Today is operating as normal but some aircraft/crew need to be repositioned, many EI regional fights (some of which are BA codeshares) are much delayed or cancelled, and BHD is very busy so come early and expect delay.
