This is an internet based business who makes a type of laptop called powerpro and also sells a type called Sager. I got my first notebook from them after extensive research and 1/2 year of salivating and waiting. (They only sell to U.S.A)

1)VERY good value compared to other manufacturers. (Read the articles they have on what they do and how they make notebooks affordable)

2)Hardy notebooks, very indestructible. They tend to be more geared towards those with heavy requirements. You can actually game on their notebooks But they also have a selection of lighter notebooks.

3)Marvellous customer service. Extremely ethical company, maybe because they are so small. I placed my order, and the next day the rep emailed me to tell me he hasn't processed my order yet, because there was going to be a price decrease the next day and he's waiting for that before processing my order. And the price did fall and I got my $200 savings. They have a forum for everyone to discuss computers, not just their customers, and they also have 24/7 tech support.
