I have a stay coming up towards the high season. The island basically shuts down (aside from Marriott and a few other resorts) due the weather from december to march so I really don't think there's much going for the place during low season.

I contacted the hotel and they have confirmed that guests are able to go off property and they allow third parties to use their jetty so local dive shops are able to pick you up and drop off you. I using one of the local dive shop and paying 85rm per dive including equipment, which compared to the on site dive shop is 4x more affordable. All bookings get boat transfer included and breakfast.
