I was here staying over a month and complimentary water for elites was offered in the grab and go area
lobby floor, 2 bottles of water a day.Aquafina in plastic bottles. Was never left in the room.
Not sure which is worse the tap water with chemicals and sewage in it or plastic contamination ?
The hotel is in need of a refresh but still comfortable.Hallways oddly are like the Arctic.
And I like cool and crisp.A waste of energy.

I was once upgraded to the premium suite months ago but actually prefer the studio suite
as it seems less dated to me.The toilet paper is so thin you can see through it.
Yet high quality Kleenex is provided (ahchoo)
The team is very nice and supportive of me as they always are
Housekeeping was all over the map the 2 or 3x a week I utilized it.

Breakfast from very good to poor depending on volume of guests and what chef was on
Wait times could be significant as a result.Glad to see smoked salmon is back on the menu
The gym is just ok and not properly maintained a few things were broken.
I miss the world class Sporting Club that guests could use
adjacent to the hotel.Though they always charged even Diamonds back in the day

Off Topic
Had dinner at the Manhattan and thought it was excellent in La Jolla Village.
Very old world Continental Italian with a fantastic cheesecake and most cheesecake I can live without.
Dining room looks right out of the 70s and some old timers still serving proudly.
