Removing the eUp is unlikely to do anything for you. Unfortunately you'll have to go to the airport. Unless you happen to have a friend or relative who's at the airport already and can talk to an agent for you.
Well it took the agent about 15 minutes to sort out at YVr, but she got us on 296. Managed to keep J for 1 seat (not sure why/how), and my wife cleared off the upgrade list. Thanks for help and happy Holidays to all!
