Just got credited as well:
12/21 - 1 x $100 and 1 x $50 TB
12/23 - Amex tracker showed my full credit for the year was used
12/24 - activity line showed credit of $100 and $49 (already used $51 of credit this year)

as frequently reported in this thread, and per my personal experience as well, while pending, TB credit always shows as this. Changes to just ‘United Airlines’ when the charge finalizes.
also, I’m not sure there is specific need for charges to be ‘incidentals’. I’ve reported in past years where small amounts for regular ticket purchases have [unexpectedly] been credited. For example, tickets primarily funded using ETCs and had a small balance - 1 case was ~$30 and another I think was something like $55. My theory is any purchase under a certain threshold - maybe, say $55 - is automatically reimbursed to the limit and anything above gets reviewed to see if it is supposed to qualify.
