I’m trying to use my Turkish Airlines (TK) miles to upgrade my upcoming EVA Air flights. The flights are booked in Premium Economy (fare classes P and L), and I’d like to upgrade to Business Class if possible.

Does anyone know:

1. Whether EVA Air upgrades using TK miles are allowed for these fare classes?

2. The process for requesting the upgrade? Can't find the webpage for this on TK website.

3. If TK is not possible, another other SA airlines programe can easily be used to upgrade my EVA flights?
