If he takes the departing flight but cancels the return prior to its departure, does he retain a flight credit for the value of the return? 1 - Fare class N is not used for TPAC. It’s domestic Basic Economy.
2 - The fare basis you have listed is also Basic Economy.
3 - Non-BE tickets will retain credit for the return, but it’ll have to be used under the conditions of the original fare, which essentially means that you need to use it to return to China.
