So I currently have 1 first class award seat on SQ 11 LAX-NRT on 12/31. There used to be just 1 open seat for a cash booking, but now there are 2. Was just wondering if any chance this gets opened up for a reward booking. I know if they book biz class with points they will not be able upgrade. If they book cash in business class can they use miles to potentially upgrade to first?
