Whats the status of SDC on OLCI?

I have a y latitude reward flight yvr ywg tonight woth confirmed eUP. App/website shows availability for 3 earlier flights, but I get a wheel of death after I select confirm. Tried at 24 hours, at midnight same thing. Not SE so can't get concierge to do it. Live 1 hr from airport , skipped the idea of going for 0810 but may try 1315/296 in person. I don't care if I lose eUp, just trying to avoid keeping my elderly parents up too late waiting for me

Is it not working because of confirmed eUP, reward or just because it's buggy?
