Liquids and electronics stayed in this morning for me going through security at T5. And yet before reaching the machines there was someone handing out clear plastic bags insisting to a couple of travellers ahead of me all liquids had to be out and placed in the clear bag, resulting in people getting backed up. Only for them to be told to put them back in their bags.
