To follow up, after a phone call last night in which my case was elevated to an Escalation Department, I received a customer service gesture of 40K points, which I even proposed as an alternative solution when on the phone with customer service last night if no NUAs could be awarded. Since I considered the 40K Night Award as a selection, I feel satisfied with this end resolution.
That said, I would still advise to screenshot choice selections for any program to provide a stronger case and hopefully reduce back-and-forth if having to engage with customer service.
I always screenshot this type of thing, especially with the warnings given. That said I haven’t seen this happen thankfully. Glad you got the points.
