The organisers have authorised the ‘Social Secretary’ (me) to post the following:

When possible, it would be great if the Gold and others could confirm or otherwise their attendance. This will have a big impact upon the arrangements for several of the events.

A simplified version of what’s planned at this stage is as follows:

All activities are being planned out of or around the Hilton.

Friday Evening:
Chinese Dinner Gouger St Restaurant. If we have sufficient numbers they will close to the public and open only for us.

Saturday Morning: 0900 Bus pickup.
Bus trip to an Animal Park. Koala cuddling etc is available.
From the Animal park travel to a winery or Hahndorf for lunch. Individual Choice.
After lunch back on the bus to McLaren Vale for the afternoon at the d’Arenberg Cube.
Leaving the Cube back to Adelaide for few of hours break prior to dinner. Dinner details TBA

Sunday:
A River Cruise (time TBA) and free time.

Negotiations are coming along with the Friday restaurant and the Saturday restaurant and will be advised when possible.
