A lot of the configurations on these airlines are 2-2-2 in J, so perhaps choose the option that offers 1-2-1 on your route? Or try to look for a CA route that is operated by the 747 since it’s so rare these days? I’ve read somewhere that HU is supposedly the best Chinese airline. Would also be interested to know whether this is actually true or if they are all pretty much the same.
