Almost all long-haul flights use door 2L. So on a flight with F it’s not possible to let F disembark before the mini J cabin. Ideally crew would then hold back the main J cabin(s) for F, but that isn’t always practicable.
Annoyingly on a recent flight they held back the main J cabin until the mini (smaller) J cabin had cleared (no F).
