I should also add that the two beaches near Marriott require a hike down to the beach (and then back up to the resort). Marriott is built about 7-8 floors above sea level. There are buggy service around the resort but not one that'll bring you to the beach (unless you plan on swimming near the jetty, which some guests do). As this resort was built in the jungle, there will be bugs (especially ants) in the room. These ants however do not bite.
